There’s a tension in our daily lives between noise and focus, overwhelm and spaciousness.
A lot of this is influenced by how and when we choose to use technology.
Technology has brought us some amazing things, but it also moves at an intense, superhuman pace. There’s a lot vying for our attention, and unfortunately more distraction and disinformation than ever.
And yet for most of us, completely stopping to use technology isn’t very practical or even desirable.
Instead, what we can do is encourage more digital balance and harmony.
We can introduce more intentionality and choice when it comes to our online lives, and in parallel set up smart, simple digital systems that facilitate focus and flexibility.
